The context
The SUNPHARMA site in Casablanca was seeing rising temperature in the treated area, together with humidity above the required values. In a pharmaceutical environment these two parameters are not a comfort matter: they govern the compliance of manufacturing and storage conditions. The diagnosis located a refrigerant leak at the condenser of the air handling unit.

The outcome
The AHU returned to its rated performance. Temperature and humidity were checked after recommissioning to confirm the return to the values required by the site.
