NORTH SCIENCES warrants its Products for a period of 2 years parts & labor, and 3 years on compressor's parts from the date of delivery. Please consult your Sales Representative for our Extended Warranty Program up to 10 Years.

REFRIGERATORS: per manual for a period of 1 year for parts only (except for parts & labor of units which have been in use for valid service part) and 1 year on compressor's parts from the date of delivery.

During the warranty period, NORTH SCIENCES will at its option, repair or replace, without charge, any defective part or equipment. NORTH SCIENCES' obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement if equipment is installed or in any way altered, misused, neglected or abused. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from external causes including accidents. All warranty problems will be handled, parts and/or service, without charge, if found to be in accordance with product instructions.

After a repair, firmware upgrade or replacement of compressor or compressor's parts such as start, capacitor, the warranty period will continue from the date of the original purchase, with the exclusion of any redundancy of the initial problem that was covered by the warranty. The warranty is limited and does not cover more than ONE compressor repair or compressor part replacement per warranty period.

NORTH SCIENCES warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use and service. This warranty is granted only to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER and is non-transferable.

THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE BUYER OR OTHER PERSON ENTITLED TO RELY ON THIS WARRANTY. NO WARRANTIES WILL APPLY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. ALL WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES AND CONDITIONS IN RESPECT OF EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED BY NORTH SCIENCES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN OR OTHERWISE AGREED TO BY NORTH SCIENCES IN WRITING ARE FORMALLY EXCLUDED.
